International Student Immigration Information

Below is important information on the study permit application process and the required documents.

B.1 Study Permit Application Options

There are three options for study permit application:

Individual online application (you can apply on your own with the dept guidance)
International student advisor / Student Affairs(SA) dept
Consultants (at a fee) (Only one recommended Consultant so far as shared below)

⚠️ Security Alert:

At all cost, avoid using any AGENT or individual who claims to offer those services apart from the officially recommended Consultant. Should you wish to use an agency to assist, no payment meant for the Permit should be given to anyone to pay on behalf apart from YOURSELF. Stay Safe and avoid being a target of SCAMMERS!

B.2 Study Permit Document Checklist

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Copy of certified passport
Copy of endorsements in passport (where stamps are)
Copy of commitment letter from your guardians, types and signed
Copy of support letter from your guardians, types and signed
Copy of proof of status of host (Provided by UNILUS)
Medical report (From UNILUS Hospital)
Passport size photo
Letter of acceptance from UNILUS
Own typed application letter for study permit
UNILUS Cover Letter (Provided by UNILUS)

All the above to be saved in PDF if you will be doing an online application. Simply Google "e-immigration Zambia" and follow the prompts.
