Library Fees and Charges

Student ID Card: K100

Overdue Charge (Short Loan Materials): K10 per hour

Overdue Charge (Open Shelf Materials): K10 per day

Note: Payments must be made into the University of Lusaka Bank Account.

Library Rules

Admission requires a valid Student ID card.
Open Shelf materials can be borrowed for two weeks (extendable twice).
Short Loan materials may be borrowed for up to 3 hours.
Overdue materials incur fines (K10 per day for Open Shelf, K10 per hour for Short Loan).
Lost or damaged library materials or ID cards will incur fines (K100 for ID).
Silence must be maintained in the library at all times.
No food or drinks are allowed in the library.
Do not litter the library premises.
Overdue and reserved library materials cannot be renewed.
Do not reserve study spaces.
